Results driven construction leader with a history of safe, efficient and timely projects in many theaters of industrial construction. I have built my career and hung my hat on integrity and consistency thru-out. In my career, I have been fortunate to be associated with strong leaders and client managers that appreciate the "bones" of a project and what it really takes to reach the finish line. 

Having been exposed to almost every aspect of industrial construction Power, Petroleum, Food Processing, Paper, Transmission (Up, Mid and Down Stream) and Oil and Gas, it has allowed me to crossover techniques of construction management and processes into what has made me successful today.

I truly believe in our responsibility to train our next generation of craft leaders / managers. I focus on spending time to explain the "how's" and "why's" of daily activities to better prepare our next-gen leaders for their future advancement. No trial by fire, but train and develop leaders of tomorrow, promote based on ability not by convenience. I require this same proven approach from the men and women of my team leaders / instructors, they must coach, not criticize, and support the same philosophies to maintain a superior level of ethics in their daily interactions / activities.
